Cancellations/Date Change
Full refund less $50 fee for all cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date. Less than 30 days, there will be no refund unless it is rented for the same period as your reservation, less $50 fee.  NOTE: Monies will not be refunded due to weather conditions.

Payment/Registration
You may use personal/business/travelers checks, money order, VISA or MasterCard to pay your reservation deposit as well as the balance of your bill. Your driver’s license number is required with all forms of payment. All guests attending our Beech Mountain Cabin Renal must be registered prior to stay. The maximum occupancy is 6 people. The person paying for the Beech Mountain cabin rental is responsible for showing these policies to each individual in the group prior to arrival. Each individual’s agreement to and acceptance of these policies is indicated by each individual’s arrival on the property. The balance of the rent, all taxes, cleaning fee of $75 and security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. 

NO SMOKING ALLOWED /NO PETS
NO SMOKING is permitted inside the mountain home. Smoking is permitted on the porches/decks and sand buckets have been supplied for your disposal. NO PETS! If pets are discovered, they will have to be boarded. If smoking or pets are detected, you will be charged $200 for professional cleaning.

Damage/Missing Items/Liability
The individual who made the reservation and/or paid for the reservation is responsible for the replacement cost(s) of any and all damaged or missing items (“losses”) that occurred during the individual’s stay and must be present during the rental duration. Each person who arrives on the property does so at their own risk and accepts full liability for that risk and whatever occurs to them while they are on the property. Each child must have a guardian and that guardian accepts full liability and responsibility for the care and welfare of that child. The property owner cannot be held liable or responsible for harm to you or other individual(s) from your carelessness, the carelessness of the individual harmed, or the carelessness of others. The owner cannot be held liable or responsible for any harm or damage caused by acts of nature or god. Each person who arrives on the property accepts full responsibility for their own actions and agrees to be liable and responsible for those actions. Each person accepts full liability and responsibility for their own possessions. Printed rules and directions for hot tub and gas fireplace posted in home must be followed. We are not responsible for injury in use of these products.
